What is a networking group?

A networking group is where ambition meets opportunity — a gathering of driven individuals who believe that who you know is just as powerful as what you know. Together, members open doors, spark ideas, and lift each other toward goals that would take far longer to reach alone. It's not just about exchanging business cards; it's about building a community that grows stronger every time it meets.

Relationship Building

Forge genuine connections with like-minded professionals in your industry and beyond

Knowledge Sharing

Gain insights, advice, and fresh perspectives from people with diverse experiences

Mutual Support

Collaborate, refer, and champion one another's success as a unified community

Growth & Opportunity

Unlock new clients, partnerships, and possibilities that only come through trusted relationships

Benefits of Joining KCORE

KCORE membership strikes the right balance between clear structure and practical flexibility. Our guidelines help maintain accountability and consistency, while still allowing members to build relationships and grow their businesses in a natural and supportive environment.

Many of our members are experienced business professionals. When new members join — especially those launching or growing a business — we make a point to welcome them into the group and help them succeed. More experienced members often provide guidance, mentorship, and practical advice, helping newer entrepreneurs navigate challenges and avoid common pitfalls.

Our weekly meetings focus on three key elements:

Relationships

Strong relationships are the foundation of our group.

Referrals

Referrals in our group are based on trust and real confidence.

Education

By sharing experience and expertise, we all benefit from the collective wisdom of the group.

Members get to know one another on a deeper level, which builds the trust necessary to confidently refer business. Meetings include member presentations, guest speakers who share their expertise, and collaborative discussions where everyone contributes ideas and experiences. These conversations help all of us learn, improve, and grow our businesses together.

Referrals within KCORE are based on genuine relationships and real confidence in one another’s work. When we meet someone who could benefit from a service offered by one of our members, we don’t simply pass along a name — we recommend someone we trust. Often, we let the person know that a KCORE member will personally reach out to assist them.

Above all, we emphasize trust, integrity, and professionalism. Members can feel confident that when they refer someone to a fellow KCORE member, that person will be treated with respect and taken care of with the highest level of service.
